The AFN design utilizes state of the art air vent and relief valve (patented) which allows a metered amount of milk based on calf demand. The AFN vent and relief valve allows each calf to reach their potential size and weight. Automated tooling is used to cut nipple and valve diaphragm and thereby, increases product life cycle. The AFN is manufactured using FDA approved materials and has an operating temperature range of -80°F to +180°F.
