DHK ARC15TM – Arc Flash Suits
DHK’S ARC15 suit is manufactured with a single layer textile with a fiber content of 98% aramid and 2% anti-static. Our exclusive fabric construction allows the 8.8 oz/yd² fabric to provide an impressive 15 cal/cm² arc rating (ATPV). Available in hood, coat, bib-overall, and coverall. DHK’s ARC15 suit is designed to provide protection from arc flash heat exposures.According to NFPA 70E Hazard Risk Category (HRC) levels, this garment significantly exceeds the HRC2 required minimum of 8 cal/cm².
DHK ARC25TM – Arc Flash Suits
DHK’s ARC25 suit is manufactured using a special layering system, with a fiber content of 80% aramid and 20% melamine. Fabric system weight is 10 oz/yd². All materials used in the construction of this garment are inherently flame resistant. Available in hood, coat, bib-overalls, and coverall. DHK’s ARC25 suit is designed to provide protection from arc flash heat exposures .According to NFPA 70E Hazard Risk Category (HRC) levels, this garment exceeds theHRC3 required minimum of 25 cal/cm².

DHK ARC100BTM – Arc Flash Suits
DHK's ARC100B (ballistic) suit is manufactured with a special layering system with a fiber content of 76% aramid, 19% melamine & 5% polybenzimidazole. Fabric system weight is 27.2 oz/yd². All materials used in the construction of the garment are inherently flame resistant. The knit cuffs, zippers tape, threads and Velcro® are made of Nomex®. The hood window ismanufactured with a mix of polycarbonate and DHK’sproprietary ArcX™ energy absorbing material. This high-tech material allows a superior visible light transmission of 28%.

DHK's ARC50 suit is manufactured using a special layering system, with a fiber content of 72% aramid and 28% PFR rayon. Fabric system weight is 18.4 oz/yd². All the materials used in the construction of this suit are inherently flame resistant. The knit cuffs, zippers, tape, threads and Velcro ® are made of Nomex ® . The hood window is manufactured with a mix of polycarbonate and DHK's proprietary ArcX™ energy absorbing material. This high-tech material allows a visible light transmission of an amazing 37%.

DHK's ARC100 suit is manufactured with a special layering system,with a fiber content of 61% meta-aramid,23% PFR Rayon & 16% para-aramid. Fabric system weight is 24.5 oz/yd². All the materials used in the construction of these garments are inherently flame resistant. The knit cuffs, zippers tape, threads and Velcro are made of Nomex ® . The hood window is manufactured with a mix of polycarbonate and DHK’s proprietary ArcX™ energy absorbing material.
